Bernard Ochieng Atito is a dedicated educationist based in Bondo Sub-County, Siaya County. He serves as a Principal in both junior and primary school education, where he is committed to nurturing learners and strengthening school leadership.

Beyond his role in education, Bernard is a passionate HIV & AIDS advocate, working as a peer educator among teachers and community members. Through this work, he supports awareness, prevention, and care for those infected and affected, contributing to healthier and more informed communities.

Within ARC, Bernard serves as the Honorary Treasurer, offering stewardship and accountability in financial management. He is a devoted family man, one of six siblings, and an active member of the Anglican Church, where his faith continues to guide his service to education and community development.
