Thomas Ngesa Ondong
Thomas joined the ARC Board of directors in 2013 as ordinary Board member rising to the Board treasurer in 2015. He was further appointed to the chairmanship on acting capacity in 2019 until 2024 when Board reconstituted itself and he was confirmed the Board chairman.
Thomas began his working career in Micro- finance NGO known as Kenya Rural Enterprises Programme 1998 which later transformed into Kenya first microfinance Bank in the year 2000. Currently he is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Green ARO Regulated Non WDT SACCO limited which started as one of the ARC programme targeting poverty elimination within North Sakwa Ward.
Currently the SACCO is an autonomous institution from ARC.Thomas is a Diploma graduate in Co-operative Banking with a wealth of over 25 years of experience in community finance management.
